Can you install without closing the office?
Usually, yes. Most office installs can be phased or done out of hours, over an evening or a weekend, so the business keeps running. We agree the plan with you before anyone books a day off.
How do you work out what size system we need?
We survey the space first: floor area, glazing, occupancy and the equipment running in the room. The system is specified to that, because an undersized unit runs flat out and an oversized one wastes money.
Our landlord wants paperwork. Can you provide it?
Yes. We supply the compliance documentation for the installation, including the F-Gas credentials of the people who did the work, which is exactly what most landlords and managing agents ask to see.
