Several rooms, one outdoor unit.
A multi-split system runs two, three or more indoor units from a single outdoor condenser, so the whole flat or house stays comfortable without a bank of boxes outside. We design and install multi-room systems across South West London and within the M25.

Multi-Room Systems, covered end to end
One Outdoor Unit
Two to five indoor units from a single condenser, which matters where outside space or consent is limited.
Room-by-Room Control
Each room sets its own temperature, so the bedroom can sleep cool while the living room does its own thing.
Designed to the Property
We plan the pipe runs, unit positions and capacity to your actual layout, not a brochure diagram.
Tidy, Planned Installation
Multi-room installs are sequenced properly, typically over a couple of days, and left clean.
Multi-Room Systems, plainly answered
How many rooms can one outdoor unit run?
Commonly two to five, depending on room sizes and the condenser capacity. Beyond that, a second condenser or a different system type makes more sense, and we will tell you honestly which your property needs.
Can every room run at the same time?
Yes, that is what the system is sized for. On the hottest days with every unit working hard the condenser is at full stretch, which is why honest sizing at survey stage matters more than the sticker price.
Is a multi-split right for a flat?
Often it is the only sensible option, because freeholders rarely allow more than one outdoor unit. One discreet condenser serving the bedrooms and living space keeps the building happy and the flat cool.
What does it cost to run?
Modern inverter systems only draw the power the rooms actually call for, so a multi-split costs no more to run than the equivalent single units, and each room switches off independently when it is not needed.
